We ship within the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on size and weight. Most stock orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from Riverview, FL.
Rates:
We pack with recycled newsprint, kraft paper, and biodegradable cushion. We avoid plastic when we can.
We carry insurance on all shipments. If a piece arrives broken, please email a photo of the box and the broken piece to support@claybroussard.com within 14 days. We will replace the piece or refund it in full.
Unused, undamaged pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. Email the studio first so we can give you the return address and instructions. Custom commissions and workshop fees are non-refundable.
We do not currently ship outside the continental US. If you are visiting the studio in person we are happy to help you carry pieces home safely.
If you live near Riverview, Brandon, or Tampa, you can pick up your order at the studio at no charge. Choose “local pickup” when ordering and we'll email when it's ready.
