This policy describes what information Clay Broussard Studio (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit claybroussard.com or contact us by email or phone, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact information you give us in the contact form, by email, or by phone: name, email address, and the contents of your message.
• Order information when you place an order: shipping address, items ordered, and payment confirmation (we do not store full card numbers).
• Basic site analytics: anonymous page-view counts and referring sites. No cross-site tracking.

How we use it

• To answer your message or fulfill your order.
• To send order updates and shipping notifications.
• To improve the site (for example, fixing a page that loads slowly).

Who we share it with

We share order details only with the carrier delivering your package and the payment processor handling your card. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Contact-form messages are kept for two years and then deleted.

Your rights

You can email support@claybroussard.com at any time to ask what data we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with an updated date at the top.
