Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use claybroussard.com, place an order, or attend a workshop with Clay Broussard Pottery Studio, owned by Veronica Perez (Alvin, Texas, USA). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Orders & reservations

All items are made by hand in small batches. A reservation is held for 5 business days while we send an invoice. Payment is due before the piece ships or is set aside for pickup. Prices and availability can change.

Handmade variation

Because every piece is shaped on the wheel, small differences in size, weight, glaze color and surface texture are part of the work. We try to describe each piece accurately and welcome questions before you order.

Payment

We accept major credit cards and U.S. bank transfers. Taxes are added where required. Payment is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Workshops

Workshop fees are due at booking. Cancellations 72 hours ahead receive a full refund. Same-week cancellations receive studio credit valid for one year. We may reschedule a class if there are fewer than two registered guests; you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

Studio safety

Workshops involve clay, water and a kiln. Closed-toe shoes are required. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The studio is step-free on the ground floor.

Text, photos and the design of this site are © Clay Broussard Pottery Studio. You may share links and quotes with credit; please ask before reproducing photos.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Texas law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Brazoria County, Texas.
