Shipping & Returns
Local pickup
Pickup is free at the studio in Alvin, TX. We'll email you a window once the piece is ready and confirm a time that works for both of us.
U.S. shipping
We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Most orders go out within 3–5 business days and arrive in 2–7 business days after that. Shipping is calculated at invoice based on weight and destination.
- Each piece is wrapped in unbleached newsprint and bubble, then double-boxed.
- Tracking is included on every shipment.
- Insurance is included up to $200; additional coverage available on request.
- Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico — please email for a rate.
If something arrives broken
We pack carefully, but parcels do get tossed. If your package shows external damage or a piece arrives broken, please email a few photos of the box and the piece within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item from the next batch or issue a full refund — your choice.
Returns
If a piece isn't right for you, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The piece must be unused and in its original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping; the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Care
- All glazed pieces are food-safe, dishwasher and microwave safe.
- Avoid sudden temperature shocks (no oven-to-freezer).
- Hand washing keeps the unglazed foot looking its best.
