- Order details — the items you've reserved, invoice numbers, and shipping/pickup notes.
- Basic analytics — pages visited, approximate region (city / state), device type and the source you arrived from. We do not collect names or IP addresses tied to identifiable individuals.

How we use it
- To answer your questions, prepare and ship your order, or schedule a workshop.
- To send invoices and order updates by email.
- To keep simple records for tax and accounting (required by law).
- To understand which pages help visitors find the right pieces, so we can improve the site.

Who we share with
We only share what's necessary to run the studio:
- Our shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) — name and shipping address.
- Our payment processor — payment details handled directly on their secure forms; we don't store full card numbers.
- Our email host — to send and receive customer email.
- Authorities, when required by U.S. law.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for the period required by U.S. tax law (currently seven years). Email correspondence is kept for up to three years unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data is aggregated and retained for up to 26 months.
Your choices
- You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it (subject to tax-retention rules).

Children
The site and online store are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children may attend workshops only with a parent or guardian.

The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider. Internal records are kept in password-protected accounts with two-factor authentication.
Changes to this policy
When we make material changes we update the date at the top and post a note on our homepage for at least 30 days.
