How long until my order ships?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces take 4–6 weeks because they have to be thrown, dried, bisque-fired, glazed and fired again.

Are your pieces food and dishwasher safe?

Yes. Every glaze we use is tested for food, dishwasher and microwave safety on the same clay body we throw with.

Do you take custom orders?

We take a small number of custom orders each season — color matches, set sizes, simple monograms. Email us with the details and a budget and we'll let you know what's possible.

Can I visit the studio?

Yes, by appointment, Tuesday through Saturday. Please email or call a day or two ahead so we can put the kettle on.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We currently ship within the U.S., including a flat rate to Hawaii and Alaska on request.

What's your refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days for any reason. Damage in transit is replaced or refunded — see our Shipping & Returns page.

Are children welcome at workshops?

Ages 8 and up are welcome with an adult. We also run a dedicated children's class once a month.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes — any amount, sent by email with a printable card. Valid for one year from purchase.
