Shipping & Returns

Local pickup is available by appointment at the Hurst, Texas studio. Shipped pottery is packed carefully with cushioning and sturdy boxes.

Shipping

Shipping costs depend on destination, box size and carrier rates. Customers receive tracking information when available. If a shipped item arrives damaged, contact the studio within three days with photos of the box and piece.

Returns

Unused ready-made pottery may be returned within 14 days with prior approval. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped.

Workshop cancellations

Workshop seats may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Missed appointments may not be refundable because materials and studio time are reserved in advance.
